Welcome to LAAPEE – Cargo Wear. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Orders and Payment

  • We accept payments through online methods and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All payments must be completed before or at the time of delivery.

  1. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

  1. Shipment and Delivery

  • We strive to deliver your cargo on time, but delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, traffic, or customs.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

  1. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 Hours of delivery, only if items are unused and in original condition.

  • Size exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method after we receive the returned items.

  • Used or damaged items cannot be returned.

  • Sale items and accessories are non-returnable.

  • Shipping cost will be deducted from refund if refund initiated. 

  1. Cargo Responsibility

  • We take care in handling your shipment, but are not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond our control.

  • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any damage or missing items.

  1. Prohibited Items

  • You agree not to ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments containing such items.

  1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Refunds for cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.

  • These terms may be updated occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.
